Huron’s Marketing Services Platform Completes Add-On Acquisition

DETROIT, Mich., August 14, 2012 – Huron Capital Partners LLC announced today that its portfolio company, LeadingResponse, has acquired IM Solutions, LLC (“IMS”).  LeadingResponse is a provider of lead generation and customer acquisition services to clients in a variety of end markets.  Based in Dallas, Texas, IMS is a leading provider of online lead generation services to legal professionals through its proprietary lead management software and service solutions.

LeadingResponse CEO, Jim Lyons, commented, “We are thrilled to add IMS to the LeadingResponse platform.  Founders John Emerick and Dave Cooke have done an excellent job of establishing IMS as a leader in the legal industry.  Their online model and propriety software provide a perfect complement to LeadingResponse.”

Huron formed LeadingResponse in 2008 with the acquisition of Tampa-based RME, LLC, a provider of lead generation services in the financial services and other vertical markets.

Madison Capital and Midwest Mezzanine provided financing for the transaction.  Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn served as legal counsel to LeadingResponse.
