BB Roadway Security Solutions Names Dave Patterson as CEO
DETROIT, MI – May 14, 2020 — Huron Capital’s Flex Equity platform B&B Roadway Security Solutions (“BBRSS”) today announced the appointment of Dave Patterson as CEO.
Founded in 1925, McKinney, Texas-based BBRSS is a leading designer and manufacturer of traffic control, roadway safety and perimeter security solutions for government and commercial customers nationally. Huron Capital’s Flex Equity fund made a minority investment in BBRSS in February 2018.
“Dave has the right experience and skillset to continue to drive BBRSS forward,” said Doug Sutton, Partner and head of the Huron Capital Flex Equity Group. “Dave has a proven track record with more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, corporate growth, product lifecycle management, physical security, and logistics and his goals are aligned with our long-term growth initiatives and vision for the future.”
Patterson most recently served as vice president and general manager of Convergint Technologies, a company that designs, installs, and services electronic security, fire alarm, and life safety systems. He was previously president and CEO of Tech-Enabled Solutions from 2015 to 2018, and was president of Intel Federal LLC from 2011 to 2015. In addition, Patterson has served on the board of directors for the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council, Intel Federal LLC, Optelecom-NKF, and Siemens Government Services.
