Greg Peterson

      Experience

      Greg brings over 25 years of management and investment experience in IT, Software, and Business Services industries. He began his career in software and IT at WordPerfect Corporation (acquired by Novell, Inc.) and subsequently co-founded and became CEO of dotOne corporation (acquired by Critical Path, Inc.). Since that time, Greg went on to additional management, investment, and board positions in several companies with successful outcomes, including Novell (acquired by Attachmate), Allegiance (acquired by MaritzCX), Platinum Protection (acquired by Vivint), and OrangeSoda (acquired by Deluxe NY:DLX) where he led the turnaround of OrangeSoda and the subsequent acquisition by Deluxe. He then served as G.M. of the DIFM Division for Deluxe in North America. After his tenure at Deluxe, he joined WorkFront, Inc. as V.P. of Corporate Development where he led the company’s M&A and partnerships strategy with specific focus in add-on technology investments.

      Greg serves in various board and advisory roles, most notably Intermountain Healthcare, where he serves as Vice Chair of the Planning and Finance Committee for the Central Region and as a Founder advisor at BYU. Greg also taught as an adjunct professor at the Marriott School at BYU for 8 years with special emphasis on private equity and commercial finance.

      B.A. in Accounting from Utah State University; M.B.A. from Brigham Young University.
