      Dave founded a specialty food company 20 years ago with a $2,500 credit card loan, and he remains an equity partner in several food-oriented enterprises. Dave’s efforts with the Victoria team helped shape the strategic direction of the company and led to multiple new customer wins.

      For 13 years, Dave was a partner at Garden Fresh Gourmet, makers of the number one brand of fresh salsa in North America. Serving as Vice Chairman, he led strategy and sales efforts at Garden Fresh, which was sold to the Campbell’s Soup Company for $231 million.
      Dave is currently the CEO of FUEL Leadership, a digital media property that also organizes exclusive business events. He also serves on the boards of the $60 million Grow Michigan venture fund, Jimmy Buffett’s charitable foundation “Singing for Change” and Forgotten Harvest, the largest food rescue organization in the country.
