Carolyn Suttles

      Office Administrator

      Carolyn is responsible for providing administrative, marketing, and event support to Huron Capital’s investment professionals.


      Prior to joining Huron Capital, Carolyn was a High School English teacher and Senior Advisor, working in Detroit public charter schools. Prior to teaching in the classroom full-time, Carolyn coordinated internships, job shadows and volunteer experiences for University Prep Schools located in downtown Detroit.  During her time at UPrep, Carolyn created long-lasting relationships with many different Detroit organizations and businesses such as the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, The Belle Isle Conservancy, and Wayne State University.  As part of her role, Carolyn was also responsible for the planning and execution of district-wide career fairs, the annual internship showcase, and various training events.

      Fun Fact About Carolyn

      Carolyn loves music and dance, and was a music major at MSU her first year.  She sings, plays piano, flute, and piccolo, and was on the Spartan Soul Dance Team in undergrad.  One of her favorite things to do is attend concerts and music festivals; she even performed on-stage with some well-known hip-hop artists!
