Sherry is responsible for providing leadership and oversight on all activities related to human capital management, organizational development, and change management initiatives for Huron Capital and its portfolio of operating companies.
Sherry has over 20 years’ experience leading numerous domestic and global human capital initiatives as a human resources executive as well as a consultant. Prior to joining Huron Capital, Sherry owned OE Consulting Associates, a boutique management consulting company, specializing in the areas of executive coaching and leadership development, change management, organizational design, and restructures. Her clients spanned all industries ranging from $10M to $4B in revenue. Previous to this, Sherry was as a SVP of Human Resources and Communications for Smith & Nephew, a $4B medical technology company. She also holds Certification in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
B.S. Business Administration from Minnesota State University; M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University

Sherry is an avid traveler and enjoys experiencing other countries and cultures. However, some of her most unique experiences have occurred domestically, as she’s ventured off the beaten path and tripped upon the “World’s Largest Ball of Twine” and “World’s Only Corn Palace”.
