      Experience

      Rich has over 25 years of senior management experience in a variety of businesses in the branded food, confection, branded consumer durable and sporting goods sectors. Most recently, Rich was the CEO of FeraDyne Outdoors, LLC, where he and his team built the leading archery and bow hunting accessories company in the industry. Prior to that, Rich served as the CEO of the New England Confectionary Company (NECCO) – the oldest multi brand candy company in the U.S.

      Earlier in his career, Rich was a President of two divisions of Newell Brands: Shurline Corp. and Amerock Corp. He was the Senior VP, International Business and Global CMO for Fiskars Brands, President and COO for ConAgra Foods’ $850M Deli Foods Group and served as CEO for two Sun Capital Portfolio Companies. Rich began his career with Procter and Gamble.

      Additionally, Rich served on the Board of Directors and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee for The Park City Group (Nasdaq: PCYG), a cloud-based software solutions provider for inventory management, fresh foods management and food safety compliance.

      B.S. in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
