Huron Capital has worked with Joe for over a decade. In 1998, he founded Delta Educational Systems, and Huron’s team partnered with Joe in 2001 to recapitalize his business and help Delta grow. From 2001 until the business was sold in 2006, Delta embarked on a rapid growth strategy that included three add-on acquisitions, over 100 new programs and five new branch campuses, growing revenue from $9 million to over $60 million. After the sale, Joe stayed on to continue running the business, growing Delta to over $150 million in revenue. He also became Huron’s Operating Partner in Ross Education.
Joe has over 30 years of experience in proprietary postsecondary school ownership and management. His experience includes managing multi-campus operations, strategic market analysis, strategy implementation, attracting and developing high-energy results-oriented management teams, opening branch operations, and upgrading campuses to degree-granting status. Joe started his education career in 1973 with Johnson & Wales University. In 1977, he joined Commonwealth College, eventually becoming President and a shareholder.

Joe served as a Director of both Ross Education and Delta Education.
