      Carol became a Huron Operating Partner in 2003. Carol has extensive experience as a private equity investor, senior executive and member of the Board of Directors of both private and public companies. Her 25+ years of experience has centered on working with management teams to support growth in a variety of industries. She has substantial knowledge and experience in all phases of the company building process from start-up to growth through acquisitions and change of control.

      Carol has supported the start-up and acquisition-centered growth of a number of manufacturing companies servicing the B2B and B2C sectors including specialty formulated products. She is a founder of a health and wellness product company focused on natural & GMO-free protein products. Carol has been personally active in the natural products sector throughout her life. She has been actively pursuing leadership and investment opportunities in companies addressing the food & beverage, pet care and personal care markets.

      Carol previously served as CEO of Summer Infant, where she led the financial turnaround of the publicly-traded juvenile products business. Carol is a former Partner at First Chicago Equity Capital and the Founder of TBG Capital. In 2003, Carol co-created a partnership with Huron Capital to launch the ExecFactor initiative that led to the buildup of Quest Specialty Chemicals.
