million designer & manufacturer of watches. Earlier in his career, Jim was President & COO of Sunbeam
Corporation, a diversified billion dollar publicly-traded consumer products concern. Prior to Sunbeam,
Jim held a series of senior executive positions with Polaroid and Bristol Meyers.

endeavors. His efforts have been critical in bringing about positive change and growth in markets that appear

Prior to co-founding The Open Approach, Bob served as chairman and CEO of Wallace Computer Services, a global
provider of printing and related services. During his eight-year tenure in this role, Bob effectively led the
company through a series of strategic initiatives that increased annual revenues from $400 million to $1.5 billion.
He is also credited largely with Wallace's transformation from a forms printer to a high-growth total print
management supplier. Recognized for his value and vision, Bob is a frequent contributor to Printing Impressions,
PIA/GATF analyses, and various other publications.

Phil Kaszar

Phil has had a varied career, including roles as: President and CEO of an environmental services company,

Joe Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy has over 30 years experience in proprietary postsecondary school ownership and management. His
experience includes managing multi-campus operations, strategic market analysis, strategy implementation,
attracting and developing high-energy results-oriented management teams, opening branch operations, and
upgrading campuses to degree granting status. Mr. Kennedy started his education career in 1973 with Johnson
& Wales University. In 1977, he joined Commonwealth College, eventually becoming President and a shareholder.
Bryant & Stratton purchased the school in 1989, and Mr. Kennedy remained with the schools until 1992. In 1998,
he founded Delta Educational Systems in 1998. In 2001, Huron partnered with Mr. Kennedy to recapitalize the
business and provide capital for growth. From 2001 until the business was sold in 2006, Delta embarked on a
rapid growth strategy that included three add-on acquisitions, over 100 new programs and five new branch
campuses, growing revenue from $9 million to over $60 million. After the sale, Mr. Kennedy stayed on to
continue running the business, growing Delta to over $150 million in revenue. Mr. Kennedy received an Honorary
Doctorate from Johnson and Wales University and is a graduate of Duke University.

Ed Mallin

Ed's career spans over 27 years of experience and executive leadership in the Direct Marketing, Information
Technology and Database Services industry providing sales and marketing solutions to businesses. He entered
the industry in 1984 as a Partner and President of Compilers Plus a leading DM firm in N.Y. In 1990,
Infogroup (then, Infousa) acquired Compilers plus where Ed served as a corporate officer, Executive VP and
Group President for Infogroup for 20 years. During Ed's years of service at Infogroup, he grew from a small
boutique $30 million company to an $800 million public company at its peak. Ed managed 7 Infogroup Divisions,
was involved in over 15 acquisitions, and was responsible for over $200 million in annual revenue. Ed also
led Infogroup's transition into the digital space, building Infogroup Interactive into a $100 million on-line
division. Ed recently retired in November 2010 after Infogroup was sold to a private equity firm. Ed now
serves on the Board of Directors at Response Mail Express, is a consultant and advisor to variety of direct
marketing firms, and investor in technology start-ups. Ed graduated from the University of Bridgeport and
N.Y.U. Graduate School.

Howard McLean

Howard McLean was former CEO of Maxxam Analytics Inc., where he previously also served as Treasurer and Secretary.
Mr. McLean is a co-founder of Chemex Labs (Alberta), a merger partner of Maxxam Analytics. He is a co-founder of
Envirocon Limited, MOC Mortgage Outreach Corporation, Logos Bookstore (Calgary) Ltd., Veltom Sales and Rentals Ltd.,
Opportunity International Canada. Mr. McLean's experience for the past 30 years has been in the start-up and
corporate development of independent businesses. Mr. McLean also served as Internal Director of Maxxam Analytics
Inc. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering. Howard is frequently
involved in providing "thought leadership" to businesses, not-for-profit organizations and charities
around the world. Howard is an active volunteer and an avid advocate for alleviating poverty.

Ed Mercadante

Ed Mercadante has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, including significant experience in all
facets of pharmacy, including retail, specialty, distribution, mail order and long term care. Most recently, in
addition to being President and Founder of Dante Capital Management LLC and its business and consulting operations,
Mr. Mercadante served as Chairman, President and CEO of Familymeds Group, Inc, a Nasdaq traded, $250+ million, 80+
location specialty pharmacy group, and medical specialty product provider. Previously, Mr. Mercadante was the CEO
of APP, a pharmacy benefit management company, and COO for the Arrow Pharmacy & Nutrition Center Franchise System
which operated locations in major supermarket chains and with independent operators.
Additionally, Mr. Mercadante has significant experience in Wellness and Nutritional Healthcare having been the key
idea driver for the buyout of General Nutrition Centers (GNC) from Royal Numico in 2003, subsequently serving on the
GNC Board of Directors and chairing its audit committee. Mr. Mercadante received his B.S. degree in Pharmacy from
the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy/University of the Sciences and is a registered pharmacist in numerous U.S. states.
He also serves as a member on the Board of Directors for ProHealth Physicians, Inc. in Connecticut, and was formerly
on the Board of MTS Medication Technologies in Florida (Nasdaq: MTSI), and is a former member of the Board of Trustees
for the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. He has also served as a member on the Board of Directors for Med-i-Bank
until its sales to Metavante.

Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell began employment with Ross Education 25 years ago and now serves as its CEO. In 2005, Mr. Mitchell
partnered with Huron Capital to recapitalize the business and provide capital for a renewed growth strategy. From
2005 until the company was sold in 2010, Mr. Mitchell and the Ross management team implemented a strategic plan
designed to revitalize the company. Key initiatives included adding numerous new programs, opening 7 new branch
locations, completing a strategic add-on acquisition and making substantial investments in people, facilities and
systems. Mr. Mitchell has served as a Commissioner with the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools,
Chairperson of the Health Education Leadership Coalition, and currently is a Board member of the Michigan Association
of Career Colleges and Schools. Mr. Mitchell has a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison College, a public
policy college within Michigan State University. He also attended the School of Labor and Industrial Relations at
Michigan State University.

Jim Morley

Jim is an accomplished consumer products focused executive. Jim has significant experience in roles ranging from VP
Business Development, SVP Sales and Marketing and for almost the last two decades as CEO. Jim's experience

recent role was as CEO of Igloo Products, Inc. where he consolidated manufacturing from six plants to one,
increased licensing revenue and further enhanced a very strong brand. In the process, he generated an outstanding
return for Igloo's private equity backers. Igloo was Jim's third highly successful private equity transaction.
Jim has worked with other consumer products companies including Fiskars, Enviroworks and the Lee Rowan Company.

J. James (Jim) Morrow

Jim Morrow has 39 years of experience at Detroit Diesel Corporation (DDC) in operations, manufacturing, remanufacturing
and aftermarket support and development. He served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, President and CEO
of Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing Corporation, and President of Detroit Diesel Corporation. Detroit Diesel was an
independent public traded diesel engine manufacturer which was sold to Daimler in 2000 with revenues of $6 billion.
Following his retirement in mid 2006, Jim established Trisar LLC to provide consulting and resources to the automotive
and heavy duty truck industries in the areas of manufacturing, remanufacturing, aftermarket, distribution, and process
and component recovery. In 2009, Jim was involved with a new business startup, Electronics Remanufacturing Company (ERC)
to remanufacture electronic products for commercial aftermarket products; Jim currently serves as CEO of this company.

Terry Solvedt

Peter Steinhauser

with traditional brand adverting. Peter combines strong strategic planning skills with operational experience and
has successfully transformed mid-market agencies into national caliber marketing services organizations. Prior to
founding Stone Partners, Peter was a Member of the Operating Board of Leo Burnett USA and CEO of its digital, direct
and data services business where he doubled revenues and margins through organic growth, structured and positioned
the agency to scale and led the integration of that business with other Publicis global operating units. He currently
serves on the Board of Tampa-based RME, also serves as head of Corporate Strategy and Brand Solutions for a venture
funded, Chicago-based mobile marketing start-up. He is also Chicago Board-Chair for the Positive Coaching Alliance,
an organization dedicated to improving youth sports.

Fred Tinsey

company O.E. Quality Friction, a high end disc brake pad company that we recapitalized in 2009. Of particular relevance
to O.E.Q.F., Fred was President and CFO of Murray's Discount Auto Stores a leading Midwest aftermarket retailer where Fred
and his partner drove store count from 39 to 102 while doubling EBITDA before leading a successful exit to JW Childs.

Charley Vranian

Charley Vranian served Herman Miller for 26 years in various management and leadership positions, most recently as
Executive Vice President, North American Emerging Markets from September 2004 until his retirement in August of 2008.
In this role, he had executive leadership responsibility for Herman Miller for Healthcare, Herman Miller for the Home,
and Geiger International. Prior to his Emerging Markets position, he served as Senior Vice President of Design
Development and Product Management.
Charley formed Vranian Business Development, LLC in June of 2009, and is providing product and market development
consulting to office furniture manufacturers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Olon Industries and
the Eliason Corporation. Olon is headquartered in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada and is a manufacturer of component
parts for the office furniture industry and the building construction industry. Eliason Corporation located in Portage,
Michigan, designs and manufactures traffic doors for restaurants, retailers of all types, and industrial/food processing
facilities. Before joining Herman Miller, Charley worked for Ford Motor Company with a focus on finance, product
development, and marketing. He holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and attended graduate
school at Wayne State University.

David White

Mr. White is a senior operating executive with experience in healthcare, transportation, business services and packaging.
He is a director of a Toronto Stock Exchange farm equipment manufacturer. David has significant experience executing buy
and build strategies. As President of Laidlaw's Ambulance division, he built the company from $35 million to $650 million
in revenue; as President of Student Transport, he grew the company from $90 million in revenues to $170 million. He has
also been involved in startups and turnarounds. He started his career as a financial executive with Coopers & Lybrand
before joining John Labatt Limited, Lawson Mardon (a global printing and packaging business) and Laidlaw Inc. David lives
in Philadelphia, and is a dual citizen (USA/Canada) with work experience on both sides of the border. He has an MBA from

Dr. John L. Williams, PhD

Dr. Williams has over 35 years of experience in the chemical and allied industries in all areas of business. He was
employed by Bayer Corporation for over 28 years in Research, Marketing and Management both in North America and Europe.
His last assignment was as Executive Vice President of Bayer Corporation and President of its Coatings and Colorants Division.
He was also a North American Leader in the global reorganization of Bayer AG into several legal entities in 2003 and served
as Chairman of BAYPAC, Bayer Corporation's political action committee.
During his 4 years as President of the Coatings and Colorants Division for Bayer, he led all functions of this dynamic
specialties–focused business. This position had full responsibility for all Bayer products sold into the coatings
and adhesives markets including all isocyanates, aqueous dispersions, organic and inorganic pigments. He led the acquisition
of Ruco Polymers and Lyondell Aliphatic Isocyanates and the divestment of Bayer's organic pigments business. He has served
on the Board of the National Paint and Coatings Association.

America. Dave is now associated with Huron Capital via its most recent acquisition, Victoria Fine Foods. Dave graduated
from Michigan State University with a degree in finance and earned an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University.
