investment in Artissimo Holdings, Inc., to support management in its growth
plans. Based in Los Angeles and Montreal, Artissimo is the leading
provider of moderately priced wall décor sold at almost every level of the
retail store trade. Artissimo uses its leading art publisher relationships,
design capabilities and patented manufacturing methods to create high quality
manufactured art at value price points. |

Huron Capital announced today that it has sold its portfolio company,
Ross Education, in a transaction that produced 18.7 times its original
investment and a 76% internal rate of return. Based in St. Clair,
Michigan, Ross Education operates a group of 17 postsecondary schools
that offer career-oriented training in allied health fields. |

Huron Capital Partners announced today that, through its new
platform company, Cardinal Agri-Logistics, Inc., it has acquired
Landes Trucking, Inc. in partnership with the existing management
team. The transaction closed in December 2009, with Huron
committing $20 million to close the transaction. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed. The investment was made through
Huron's most recent private equity fund, The Huron Fund III, L.P.,
which has $350 million in committed capital. |

investment in Maple Leaf Automotive, Inc. ("Maple Leaf"), in partnership
with its management team. Huron committed $30 million to close the
transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction
marks the 45th investment overall for Huron and 3rd
investment platform in Canada. |

Quest Specialty Chemicals, Inc. ("Quest"), has acquired Custom Finishes,
Inc. ("Custom Finishes"). Custom Finishes will be managed under Quest's
wholly-owned subsidiary, Raabe Company LLC ("Raabe"), and will relocate
its operations to Raabe's facilities in Wisconsin. |
