Printegra Corporation, to Cenveo Corporation (NYSE: CVO), a leading
provider of print and visual communications. Terms of the all-cash
transaction were not disclosed. Headquartered in Peachtree City, GA,
Printegra is one of the nation’s largest manufacturers of short-run
business communication documents sold through the distributor wholesale
channel with approximately $90 million in revenue. |

Pristech Products, Inc. ("Pristech") in a late December transaction
that produced a 32.3% IRR. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Pristech
is a specialty medical instrument and consumer products manufacturer
of exothermic temporary heat sources and catheters. Its products
are sold into the specialty medical instruments markets and certain
consumer product markets. |
