James Clegg has over 25 years of experience in operating consumer products companies. He was formerly President & CEO of The Advance Group, Inc., a $350 million designer & manufacturer of watches, President & COO of Sunbeam Corporation, and senior executive with Polaroid and Bristol Meyers. Mr. Clegg is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Northern Cap & Glove Mfg, Inc., an active Huron portfolio company.

Robert Cronin has over 30 years’ experience as a leader in the print and label industry. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Wallace Computer Services Inc., a $1.5 billion provider of printing and related services. Mr. Cronin is a member of the Board of Directors for Printegra, Inc., an active Huron portfolio company.

Roger Fridholm is the former President of the Business, Technology and Staffing Services Group for MSX International, a global provider of technical business services operating in 18 countries.

Joseph Kennedy is the current CEO of Delta Educational Systems, Inc., a former Huron portfolio company. Mr. Kennedy has over 30 years of experience in post-secondary career school operations. Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Board of Directors for Ross Education, LLC, an active Huron portfolio company.

Frederick Quinn has over 35 years of experience in the specialty chemicals marketplace. Mr. Quinn is presently CEO of Quest Specialty Chemicals, Inc., an active Huron portfolio company. Prior to Quest, Mr. Quinn was CEO of Royal Adhesives & Sealants and former President of Pierce & Stevens Corp., a subsidiary of Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, a $350 million diversified chemical manufacturer.

Merle Smith has over 40 years of experience in the diversified healthcare instrument and service industries. Mr. Smith is the former CEO of Prism Enterprises, Inc., a former a Huron portfolio company, and former CEO of Kinetic Concepts, a $200 million publicly-traded healthcare products manufacturer and distributor.

Jeffrey Wasson has over 35 years of experience in the post-secondary school industry as an operator and strategic planning consultant. Mr. Wasson is a former long-time senior executive with The Phillips Schools until his retirement. Mr. Wasson is a member of the Board of Directors for Ross Education, LLC, an active Huron portfolio company.

John Williams has over 30 years of experience in the diversified chemicals industry. Mr. Williams was formerly a Senior Vice President of Bayer AG, a $39 billion diversified pharmaceutical and materials science concern, and President of its Coatings and Colorants Division. Mr. Williams is a special industry advisor to the Board of Directors for Quest Specialty Chemicals, Inc., an active Huron portfolio company.
